Our Story
Priya is a graduate of Sourashtra College (affiliated with Madurai Kamaraj University) with a Bachelor of Commerce degree with distinction in 1996. She is also an Associate Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1999. Priya got her Certified Public Accountant license in the state of Iowa in 2002. She has a passion for giving back to the community by volunteering at the Iowa Startup Accelerator team! She is also a shareholder of a local business operating in hospitality industry which helps her to put herself in the shoes of a business owner when it comes to handling the day to day operations, processing payroll on a timely basis with tax compliance, handling cash flow issues proactively and presenting company financials and reports to the bankers & owners for strategic planning. She understands the joy and frustrations of being a small business owner, and welcomes the challenges involved with clients’ day-to-day accounting activities.
